Parents/Guardians who wish to enroll a student in the district should contact the secretary at the appropriate campus office before begining the process. Students wishing to enroll in Central Heights ISD must meet district policy, which states that students must live within the district boundaries with their parent/parents or legal guardian, unless exempted by an approved transfer. If the student lives with his/her guardian, the school must have complete guardianship papers in the campus office (a copy must be in the student's permanent record folder) prior to enrollment. Furthermore, the student must reside with that guardian within the district on a permanent basis. School employees investigate and report violations of the State and District permanent residence law.
