CHISD offers a step teacher pay scale up to 30 years -click here to view, $1,000 a year for Master’s degree and $500 per month for TRS Active Care Insurance.

  • Central Heights District Positions: 

    School Police Officer

    Starting Compensation – commensurate on experience. 197 work day schedule. Must be TCOLE certified and have 5 years of Law Enforcement experience. Advanced Certificate preferred. Great work ethic / willingness to work with others.

    Incentives: Overtime opportunities, family friendly schedule, $500 monthly contribution toward school insurance for employee, equipment provided, working with students K-12.

    Applications can be submitted via email using the online ‘Professional Personnel Teacher Application’ and sent to Chief Jonathan Durham. Under ‘Teaching Experience’, please substitute Law Enforcement Experience.
