Dear Parents & Guardians,

As we prepare for a smooth and successful school year, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up routines is one of our top priorities.

To help reduce traffic congestion and keep all students safe, please review our updated student drop-off and pick-up map and guidelines below.

📍 Traffic Map & Guidelines

Morning Drop-Off Guidelines

  • Drop-Off Location: Front entrance of the Middle School.
  • Pull All the Way Forward: Pull up as far as possible along the curb to allow maximum cars to unload simultaneously.
  • Stay in Your Vehicle: For safety and speed, please stay in your vehicle. Students should be ready to exit promptly on the passenger side of the vehicle.
  • Drop-Off Window: Doors open at 7:15 a.m.  Please avoid dropping students off before this time, as supervision will not be available.

Afternoon Pick-Up Guidelines

  • Pick-Up Location: Pick-up for 6th and 7th Grade will take place in front of the little gym awning and pick-up for 8th grade will be in front of the Field House.
  • Pull All the Way Forward: Pull up as far as possible along the curb to allow maximum cars to load simultaneously.
  • No Blocking Lanes: Please do not park or leave your car unattended in the drop-off/pick-up lanes or block neighboring driveways/crosswalks.
  • Pedestrian Safety: Please do not park in a parking spot and ask your student to walk to the vehicle to avoid the line. The only pick-up location is through the appropriate car pick-up lane.

A Few Reminders

  • Patience & Speed: Please maintain a slow, safe speed while on school grounds and remain patient, especially during the first few weeks of school as everyone adjusts to the routine.
  • Cell Phone Usage: To keep our crosswalks and lanes safe, please refrain from using cell phones while driving in the school zone.

Thank you so much for your partnership and cooperation in keeping our campus safe for all students and families! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the main office.
