Fish Camp 2026

Fish Camp 2026 Cancellation Notice

Due to the ongoing fire cleanup efforts, Fish Camp 2026 has been canceled.

While we are disappointed that we will not be able to hold Fish Camp this year, we want to assure our incoming freshmen and their families that students will still receive all of the important information they need to start the school year successfully.

During the first week of school, freshmen will learn the important details, expectations, procedures, and resources normally covered during Fish Camp as part of their Freshman Success class.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as cleanup efforts continue, and we look forward to welcoming the Class of 2030 for a great start to the school year!

Important Update: High School 'Meet the Teacher'

Due to the ongoing fire cleanup efforts, there has been a change to Meet the Teacher for the High School campus only.

Middle School Meet the Teacher will continue as originally scheduled.

High School Schedule Pick-Up
📅 Monday, August 17
4:00–6:00 PM
📍 High School Cafeteria

High school students and parents should enter through the HS Cafeteria side doors, located by the bus circle near the Middle School entrance.

During this time, students will be able to:
  • Pick up their class schedule
  • Meet their teachers
  • Drop off school supplies in the cafeteria

For the safety of our students, families, and staff, no students or parents will be permitted to enter Main Street or any of the High School hallways. All Meet the Teacher activities will remain inside the High School Cafeteria.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday!

Supporting Our Central Heights High School Teachers & Staff ❤️

As we prepare for the new school year, our Central Heights High School teachers and staff have been working tirelessly behind the scenes alongside clean-up crews following the recent, devastating fire. The physical and emotional toll of rebuilding and getting classrooms ready under these challenging circumstances has been immense, yet their dedication to our students hasn't wavered for a single second.

Now, it’s our turn to surround them with the love, appreciation, and encouragement they deserve!

We are inviting our parent community to help us "Treat Our Staff" during Schedule Pick-Up. Small gestures of kindness go a long way in brightening their day and reminding them that we are in this together.

How You Can Help:
  • What: Drop off snacks, drinks, or goodies to show our staff some love!
  • When: During Schedule Pick-Up (Monday, August 17th 4-6 pm)
  • Where: Central Heights High School Cafeteria

Treat Ideas Needed:
  • K-Cups & Coffee
  • Chips & Individual Snacks
  • Cookies & Brownies
  • Granola Bars
  • Bottled Water & Drinks
  • Any other sweet or savory treats your family would like to share!

Our staff works so hard for our students every single day—especially right now through this tough season. Let’s come together as a community and show them just how much they are valued.

Thank you for your endless support, generosity, and heart. We are Stronger Together! 💙
Central Heights High School invites parents and students to 'Treat Our Staff' by dropping off items at schedule pick up.
